What is the first step in becoming an internet model? Are there agencies?
I have heard there are agencies that do this, although I did not hook up with one when I started. I now work with NDN Ventures and I know they have an agency within them that some of their other girls work with. I got lucky when I started and just happened to make friends with a girl (Nikki Sims) who already did it. She was able to hook me up with her photogapher and things just went from there.

What do you look for in a photographer that tells you the shoot will go well?
When it comes to a photographer, you need find someone you are comfortable with. I have shot with a ton of photographers and have learned a lot in the process. Not all of them were shooting me for internet modeling purposes, but I did find several that I will never work with again. A good photographer will treat you as a person and not an object. They will respect you and not force you to do things you are not comfortable with. I worked with a photographer once who told me he just wanted to shoot casual stuff, jeans, tees, dresses - comp card material. However when I got down there and we were shooting, he kept asking me and pressuring me to shoot topless stuff for his "personal" collection. I kept telling him no and that I wasn't comfortable with it but he wouldn't stop. I'm just glad I was able to bring someone with me for that shoot because they made it a lot easier to just get out of that situation. Which brings me to another note. You should never go to a shoot alone, at least not until you've shot with the photographer a few times and feel really comfortable around them. Also, a good photographer will never touch you without permission. When I worked on my first site, the photographers always asked permission to touch you if something needed to be fixed or moved, and I was ok with that because it showed they respected me enough to make sure I was always comfortable around them. I had shot with one photographer who kept touching me in every photoshoot and even though I was fully clothed in all his shots, I still felt really uncomfortable and slighty violated. That should never happen, especially when you are shooting something sexual like internet content.

Is it easier to shoot by yourself or pose with other girls?
I think it depends on who you are shooting with and if you 'click' with that person, so to speak. I have shot with several girls and I think my absolute best experiences came with Megan Summers and Brandys Box. I just felt really comfortable with those girls and things just flowed. We got into the shoots and didn't want to stop because things just felt so natural. I have shot with other girls before where it just didn't feel right even though it looks really good, and I have shot with girls where I felt like it was a complete waste of time when I was done. It all depends on the connection felt between the girls. If there is a connection, it makes it fun and easy to shoot, if there is not, then I would much rather just work by myself.
